Robert (Bob) Davidson – Consultant

Bob Davidson has over 25 years of experience developing agency-wide management and systems reforms. He worked at Corporation for National and Community Service, U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, Office of Education and U.S. Navy.

His Areas of Expertise include Strategic planning, Performance measurement, Technical writing and editing, Performance management, Public speaking, IT investment management, Enterprise architecture, Network security, Government budgeting, Conflict resolution and Appropriations law.

Bob has received several awards for his Government service, including the Under Secretary’s Reinvention Leadership Award in 1999, a Presidential Rank award in 2001, and Learn and Serve America’s Inspirational Service Award in 2007. Bob holds an BA from Dartmouth College and an MPA from the Maxwell School, Syracuse University, where he was admitted to candidacy for the Ph.D.
