Kevin Kim Larson – Research Officer
Kevin Kim Larson brings experience in large scale urban design, residential and institutional architectural projects around the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and North America as an architect in New York (OMA Architects) and London (BIG Architects). His experience in architecture has influenced his desire to continue working to improve urban spaces through equitable policy and planning. Since leaving architecture he has worked for the New York League of Conservation Voters as a political researcher, helping with their endorsement effort for 2020 state and Congressional elections. Outside of work, he is a volunteer committee chair for the Iowa Democratic Party and a community organizer, and is a 2021 NLC Fellow.
Kevin is a graduate of the Architectural Association School of Architecture undergraduate program, and received a BA in Environmental Policy from the University of Iowa. He currently studies architecture and urban studies at the University of Cambridge, Selwyn College. Kevin is committed to building equitable urban practices in a world that is increasingly being affected by the climate crisis with a focus on creating meaningful & effective partnerships.
