Judith Kallick Russell – Consultant

Judith has over 20 years of experience promoting peace and democracy through civic engagement. She is currently working as a researcher, facilitator and evaluator of community dialogue and action both within the U.S. and internationally.

Her Areas of Expertise include Meeting facilitation, Qualitative research, Needs assessment and Project design and evaluation for a number of programs including: United Nations Development Programme’s Support to Security Sector Reform Programme in Albania, United Nations Volunteer Programme’s contribution to the “Chernobyl Recovery and Development Programme in Ukraine” and Coordination and implementation of the CIVICUS Civil Society Index in Cyprus

Judith has an M.A. in international affairs from Columbia University and a B.A. from Boston University . She has extensive international experience, including Ukraine, El Salvador, Guatemala, Cyprus and the Philippines. Judith is fluent in Spanish.
