Todd Baker, Research Assistant

Todd Baker is from Fayetteville, GA where he received his B.A. in Education Studies from Morehouse College, and is currently finishing his M.S. in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University. Throughout his undergraduate and graduate career, Todd has interned and volunteered with organizations such as Jumpstart, YES Prep Public Schools, the UPS Foundation and Classroom, Inc. During his senior year at Morehouse, he led a research project at an early learning center on the emergent literacy skills of African American preschool students in Georgia. In addition to conducting research at the site, Todd also worked with site leadership to streamline their human resources and client on-boarding processes. Currently, Todd works as an Associate Consultant for Strategy Matters, and hopes to combine his passion for social justice with his formal background in Education and Nonprofit Management to bring sustainable and equitable change to the world.
