Internships with Marga

Undergraduate Student Research Internship

The undergraduate intern will work closely with the Marga research associates and consultants, seamlessly collaborating to provide clients with thorough and timely products and deliverables. Examples of regular tasks and responsibilities for an undergraduate research intern include:

  • Conducting research online in periodicals and other literature;
  • Communicating regularly with and reporting to both Marga's Senior Research Associate and Office Manager (comfort with multiple managers is a must);
  • Summarizing research findings;
  • Keeping files of case studies, trends, relevant publications relevant to Marga's fields of interest; and
  • Assisting in the development of Marga documents and presentations.

Required Skills and Experiences

  • Some qualitative or quantitative research training, experience, or interest;
  • Familiarity with and strong dedication to Marga's fields of interest;
  • Strong writing skills;
  • An exceptional memory (with strong follow through on assignments);
  • An ability to work independently;
  • A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines (and overall reliability);
  • An ability to work in a team and meet the needs of multiple colleagues;
  • An ability to juggle multiple work assignments;
  • Flexibility and innovativeness; and,
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
