Leadership Development

 

 

In many ways, leadership development touches every aspect of Marga Incorporated’s work.   Marga’s consulting tends to focus on direct communication with executives.  In many such cases, an executive coaching component enters the picture, where executives have an opportunity to share their challenges, and Marga helps them find solutions.  Less specific to executives, Marga is in the process of developing seminars that are based on our soon-to-be-written publication on personal mission statements and strategic plans.   Marga also works with Boards of Directors to help them focus on the priorities of their organizations and make the most of the resources that they bring to the table.  Overall, much of Marga’s work is about innovative leadership that is adaptable to the nature of this century.  For example, the changing role of government has called for greater involvement of various types of institutions and industries in partnerships.   As stated in Marga’s mission, we help to enhance the relevance of institutions.   The new environment requires every industry and sector to re-examine and change its role.  Marga is the kind of company that can help both institutional leadership and individuals of all types make strategic and life decisions that are grounded in today’s realities.
