Marga provides one on one leadership development, advising services and assistance in creating personal mission statements.
Scope of Services
- Meet with individual to be coached for two two-hour coaching sessions/month.
- Complementing face-to-face coaching sessions, phone conversations and email correspondence are also provided.
- Monthly written report on observed improvement, remaining challenges, and continuously updated goals are furnished to the individual being coached.
- Marga Incorporated personal mission leadership tool kit and full-day retreat.
- Final report summarizing cumulative progress and next step recommendations.
