Diversity

One notable aspect of all of today’s environmental changes is that of diversity. As communities of color increase in size and influence in the United States, and as more and more places around the world that were once fairly monolithic become places of multiple shades, languages, and cultures, the concept of working with (rather than against) diversity has taken center stage.

Important in this respect is to acknowledge the historical racism that has created and maintained significant inequalities. Therefore, working with diversity is both a matter of enhancing cross- racial, ethnic, and cultural communication and ending racism and bigotry. Marga Incorporated holds diversity as a guiding principle, and helps promote this important component to the work we do via our magazine, Utopia.
