Since leaving his position as former president of the Woods Fund of Chicago, Ricardo has been working with foundations and nonprofits as a consultant continuing his career in philanthropy.

Ricardo has a Ph.D. in social policy planning and research, a masters degree in social policy and a Bachelor's degree in economics, all from Brandeis University.
