Background
Tesse has long experience of working for the benefit of voluntary sector organisations.
During her eight years as Head of the Trustee and Governance Team at National Council for Voluntary Organisations, Tesse had the opportunity to work with over 700 voluntary sector boards on various aspects of governance.
Drawing on her experience, she has authored numerous books and articles on trusteeship, governance and leadership.
